- We ship all orders on the same or next day - depending on the time of your order
- We don’t change you any handling fees, we solely charge the Australia Post parcel rates

We want you to love our Skincare That Sticks® and if for some reason this isn’t the case we want to hear from you. Our details below help to outline how you can return our sustainable skincare:
- Products can be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange.
- If contacting us for a return, refund or exchange please include your Order number in your email.
- If you would like to return products due to a change of mind, we ask that you cover your return shipping fees.
- We cannot accept returned goods that have been opened and used, unless of course they are faulty.
- If you believe there is something wrong with your order or products, please contact us and we will help you to resolve it.
- If you have received the incorrect product order, please do not open the sealed package and contact us within 14 days and we will ensure you get the right product at our cost.
- Any refunds granted we will refunded to the same credit card or PayPal account within thirty days
