Q - How do I become a Glow Points Member?
Joining Glow Points is simple! Sign up with your email through our Loyalty & Rewards page which can be found in the top left-hand corner of our website. Once you've signed up, you'll have full access to our Glow Points rewards. Each time you shop, make sure you log in to track your progress, your transaction history and to redeem offers with your points. You can log in via the log in button in the top right-hand corner of our website or through our Rewards page.
Q - Will my previous purchases, before becoming a member, count for points?  
Points will only begin accruing after you have created a rewards account. Previous purchases can't be transferred for points. You will earn points for every purchase made after the account is created. If you already had an online account with us, then you are automatically signed up to our Rewards program and you will be able to see passed purchases in your account. However, you will only have started to receive points for your purchases since the date we launched our Loyalty & Rewards program.
Q - Do my points expire?
Your points will expire if your account is inactive for 12 months.
Q - How do I check my point balance?
Once logged into your account page (, scroll down to ‘how to use my point’ and your Glow Points balance will be displayed, this is also where you can redeem your points for coupon codes to get discounts off your next order. 
Q - How do I earn points?
Earn points each time you spend or complete a campaign. Points will be earned on each dollar you spend. Please allow 48 hours for your points to appear on your Account page.
You have many ways to earn points: when you make a purchase, sign up for SMS, write a review, have a birthday, and make 3 purchases. Points can only be earned on products purchased on our website (
Q - How do I use my points to redeem rewards?
Once logged into your account page, navigate to our Loyalty & Rewards page, scroll down to ‘how to use my points’ and select your discount. You will not be able to select a discount unless you have enough points for it. Once your discount has been selected, your discount code will appear. Copy this code and enter it at checkout. choose your discount reward and apply it at checkout. Discounts are not eligible for any shipping fees and taxes, and you must have at least one standard product in your cart to redeem.
Q - I can't log into my account! What do I do?

Q - Can I transfer or merge my points between two separate accounts
While you can accrue points on 2+ separate accounts (depending on which account you're logged in with), you cannot transfer or merge points.

Q - How do I update my profile to redeem my birthday gift?
To redeem your birthday gift, be sure to first update your profile with your birthday through the birthday campaign on the rewards page! You will receive 50 points on your birthday each year, and it will automatically be added to your account.
